We have a superb spot to see the Threshers here in Mactan. It is called Tingo Point and it is located adjacent to Mactan on Olango Island. I stayed at a small German run resort which was efficiently run and had great food and accommodation. The diving off Cabilao Island was fantastic. We saw a turtle during a night dive, lots of baby octopus, cone shells, crabs etc. During our day dives we were blessed with lots of nudibranchs, magnificent corals, some big jacks, yellow-fin tunas, pigmy seahorse, normal seahorses (off their house reef) and tons of clown fish. Most of the diving there was wall type. I am wondering if there is sites in Mactan Island where one can see sharks? In particular, Thresher sharks.
